(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.17 dated 28.2.2022 registered under Sections 336, 506 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act at Police Station Meharban, District Ludhiana. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined investigation with the police by virtue of previous order dated 17.3.2022 passed by this Court and that even otherwise the matter has been compromise between the parties.

( 2 ) CRM-M-11321-2022 The counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant has not disputed the fact that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and he is having no objection if the both the petition is allowed. State counsel on instructions from ASI Rajeev Kumar has admitted the fact that petitioner has joined investigation with the police on the basis of order of interim bail and further submits that petitioner who has associated with the investigation is not required by police for further investigation or for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby allowed and order dated 17.3.2022 is hereby made absolute. The petitioner should abide by the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
