Petition herein is, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.1 and 2 to execute order dated 07/19.09.2016 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned District Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar in exercise of power conferred under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the SARFAESI Act'). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars. 3.
