******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that in case bearing FIR No. 53 dated 16.03.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 420 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code registered at Police Station Division No. 4, District Jalandhar, final report has already been filed in the trial Court on 09.08.2018.

The petitioner has sought relief for direction to police to conduct the fair and impartial enquiry in this petition. Since the police has already filed the final report after investigating the case, this petition is rendered infructous. Even none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that he is not interested in pursuing this petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
