**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that execution application filed before the JMIC, Jalandhar for execution of order dated 15.01.2015 is being delayed. The husband and parents-in-law of petitioner No.1 are residing in Germany and after taking charge over the property, the proceedings are still pending since April 2015. Moreover, till date no maintenance has been paid to petitioner No.1 as well as her minor child. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners, going through the record, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Executing Court at Jalandhar to finalize the execution proceedings, in accordance with law, within a period of six months, from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
