ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1992. Vide order dated 22.03.2024 notice was issued to the sole appellant. As per the service report, the appellant remains unserved due to incomplete address. The respondent also remains unserved as he is stated to have retired from the Bank. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
