(ORAL) All the petitioners namely Kashmir Singh, Balbir Singh and Raj Singh seek the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case pertaining to the FIR bearing No.303 dated 27.08.2020 registered at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka, under Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC, wherein the offences under Sections 325 and 326 IPC are stated to have been added later-on.
Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Inderjeet Singh of Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 19.03.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, all the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and moreover, they are NEETU RANI 2021.09.08 19:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature. Keeping in view the above-said submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to all the above-named petitioners by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 19.03.2021, is made absolute.
However, the petitioners shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
