Mr. Sanjiv Gupta, Advocate for respondents No.6 and 7. ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (Oral) Seeking protection of his life and liberty at the hands of private respondents, petitioner has come before this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confines his prayer only to the extent that he would file fresh representation with a prayer that the same be decided in a time bound manner by passing speaking and reasoned order. 3.

Given above, in case the petitioner files such representation within a period of 15 days from today, concerned Senior Superintendent of Police shall decide the same within two months either himself or by authorizing an officer of the rank of IPS and take legal appropriate action, if need arises. The final outcome of such representation shall also be conveyed to the petitioner's counsel on his whatsapp or email.
