Copy of judgment and decree of divorce of petitioner No. 1Babita dated 17.08.2012 (Annexure P-6), passed by the District Judge, Family Court, Faridabad, is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. CRM-M-14551-2015 Both the petitioners are present in person and stated to be major.

It is inter alia contended that petitioner No. 1-Babita was earlier married with one Shyambir S/o Om Parkash and that marriage was dissolved under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by a decree dated 17.08.2012 (Annexure P-6) passed by the learned District Judge, Family Court.

In view of the limited prayer made in the petition and without commenting upon the validity of marriage or the correctness of ages, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2-Superintendent of Police, Hisar to look into the allegations contained in representation dated 01.05.2015 (Annexure P-5) and if warranted, take appropriate steps in accordance with law. It is made clear that if a complaint for criminal offence or an FIR is pending, this order shall not cause any hindrance in those proceedings.
