No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants since 14.01.2026, when the present appeal was listed for hearing for the first time. Today also, despite the case having been called several times, none has appeared on behalf of the appellants. In these circumstances, it can be safely presumed that the appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Accordingly, the present appeal, along with CM-4500-CII-2024 seeking condonation of delay of 295 days in filing the appeal, is dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, liberty is granted to the appellants to seek revival of the appeal, in accordance with law, within the prescribed period of limitation, in case sufficient cause is shown. 4.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
