As per office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report that the Branch Manager refused to accept the notice stating that the case does not relate to his branch. The only address available in the memo of parties as well as in the judgments and decrees passed by both the Courts below is the one and the same on which the summons have been issued.

Since none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellant, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for nonprosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
