On 02.03.2023, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the parties state that learned counsel earlier representing the appellant was elevated as Judge of this Hon'ble Court and has thereafter demitted office, while learned counsel for the respondents namely Shri Jaswant Jain, is no more.

Issue notice to the parties to ensure representation for 26.04.2023."

As per the office report, the appellant was not found residing at the given address, whereas respondent No.1 and 2 are reported to be dead. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution.
