Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.321 dated 13.12.2015 for offences punishable under Section 365 IPC, PS Nakodar,Distt. Jalandhar City. Learned State counsel on instructions by ASI Gurdev Lal and assisted by counsel for the complainant submits that kidnapped Khatam Hussain has been recovered and on his statement four accusedFaryad Ali, Meen Ali, Beenu and Bashir Ahmed have been arrested. Upon their disclosure statements name of the petitioner has also surfaced as kidnapper of Rani and and the boy. Said Rani is yet to be recovered. It is further contended that in the habeas corpus petition filed by the father of kidnapped Rani, this Court has already directed RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2016.05.13 17:49 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
