The present appeal pertains to the year 1992. On 13.12.2023 notice was issued to the appellant as counsel earlier representing her had pleaded no instructions.

As per the Office report, notice issued to the appellant has been received back duly served, however, no one has appeared on behalf of the appellant despite the case being passed over and called twice. It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
