Mr. Sandeep Kumar, DAG, Punjab ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harmesh Kumar submits that after investigation, the police has prepared untraced report which is pending before the senior officers for approval and will be filed in the Court in due course.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. However, he, submits that the State be directed to submit untraced report before the trial Court at the earliest.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition, if needs so arise. Respondents are also directed to produce the untraced report before the Court at the earliest preferably within a period of three months.
