Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.0244 dated 28.12.2023, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Processional ( Regulation) Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, District Bathinda. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 29.02.2024 and has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Baljit Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 29.02.2024 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when Manju 2024.03.22 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
