Mr. Pankaj Jain, Advocate, for the petitioner. ***** SUDHIR MITTAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner allegedly made an application for demarcation dated 21.08.2018 before Tehsildar, Kharar. However, no action has been taken thereupon till date and thus, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.

Filing of a writ petition is not the appropriate remedy. There are officials superior to the Tehsildar to whom complaints can be made and redressal of grievance sought. The petitioner has not adopted this course. 3.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate representation to a senior official for redressal of his grievance. 4.
