ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 28.02.2023, when none appeared from either side and being an old matter, Registry was asked to issue notice to parties. Needful has been done. Office report reveals that sole appellant could not be served at shop is lying closed for long time. Similar is the position with the addrss of sole respondent which too could not be served since firm has been closed for a long time. In the premise, no useful purpose would be served to issue fresh notices as the same would be an exercise in futility. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since the appeal is pending for the last more than 29 years, they have lost interest in pursuing the appeal. In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed in default. Pending applications, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
