(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of an FIR No. 67 dated 04.04.2019 registered under Sections 406 and 498A IPC at Police Station City, Phagwara, District Kapurthala, Punjab (Annexure P-5) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that cancellation report filed on 01.10.2023 in the present matter has been accepted by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate on 08.04.2024 as is evident from the case status report placed on record by learned counsel for the respondent-State.
