As per the said status report after completion of investigation, the police has filed report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. against 11 persons while another 13 persons have been kept in column No.2 of the said report. The State counsel further apprised the Court that next date fixed before the trial Court is 9.5.2022 for framing of charges. The present petition is hereby disposed of in the light of the aforesaid status report filed by the State.
