Despite filing a detailed representation dated 06.04.2016 (Annexure P-2) to the police, no action has been taken against the accused persons till date. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran (respondent No.2), to look into a representation (Annexure P-2), in accordance with law.
