Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 40 dated 22.5.2014 under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana Rural.

Learned State counsel has submitted that now the case is listed before the Trial Court for defence evidence. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
