**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 317 dated 10.11.2015 registered at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa under Sections 363, 366-A, IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

Counsel for the petitioner contends that it is a case of run away couple and the petitioner is in custody since 30.11.2015 and challan has been presented and the prosecutrix has been examined. Counsel urges that the girl had made a statement in favour of the petitioner in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and had also supported him at the trial. He also states that the statement of the prosecutrix had been completed on 19.7.2016. Copy of the statement has been placed on record.
