**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing.
Petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.151 dated 11.12.2019 registered under Section 61 of Punjab Excise Act, at Police Station Dhariwal, District Gurdaspur.
On 02.03.2020, following order was passed:- "It appears that both the parties have their own versions regarding appearance and non appearance of the petitioners before the Investigating Officer in pursuance of order dated 18.12.2019.
Notice of motion for 01.05.2020.
Petitioners are directed to appear before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurdaspur where the investigating Officer would also appear in order to join the petitioners in the investigation on 06.03.2020 and in the event of their appearance, they shall be enlarged on interim bail, subject to AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2021.08.19 17:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in compliance of the order dated 02.03.2020, petitioners have joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.
Learned State counsel on instructions from the Investigating Officer admits the aforesaid fact and submits that even challan has been submitted and the petitioners are no more required for further investigation in the case at this stage. Now, the case is fixed before the trial Court on 15.09.2021 for further proceedings.
In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 02.03.2020 is made absolute. However, petitioners shall keep on appearing before the trial Court regularly. Petition stands disposed of.
