AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) On 14.02.2019, notices have been issued to the appellants. As per office report, notice issued to appellant no.1 has been received back unserved with the report that "he is residing abroad since many years". Appellant no.2 did not met at the time of service, whereas, appellant no.4 served but there is no representation on his behalf. Appellants no.3, 5, 6 and 7 have died. However, no effort has been made to bring on record their legal representatives.

It appears that appellants are not interested in pursuing the matter and must have reconciled with the factual aspect. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
