The present regular second appeal has been filed against the judgment dated 09.03.1989 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Jalandhar whereby the appeal filed against the judgment and decree dated 09.12.1986 is allowed.

None had appeared on behalf of the appellants on 21.02.2013, 06.03.2013, 06.03.2017, 04.03.2020 and 10.11.2022, thus, notices were issued to them.

As per office report, notices have been received back with the report that appellant Nos.1 and 4 had left the given address without any whereabouts, appellant Nos.2 and 3 had died and appellant No.5 is married and residing at her matrimonial house.

It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
