**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 44 dated 5.4.2017, registered under Sections 323, 452, 316 IPC and Section 427 IPC added subsequently and Sections 3 and 4 of SC and ST Act, 1989, Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur.

Reply has been filed by the State which is taken on record. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 23.5.2017, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
