  Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of case bearing FIR No. 51 dated 28.01.2023 under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Indri, District Karnal. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are inadvertent mistakes in the present petition, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
