RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) CRM-27218 of 2018 For the reasons mentioned in the application, same is allowed. Compromise deed dated 24.07.2018 and order dated 09.05.2018 of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, are taken on record as Annexures P-3 and P-4.

CRM-M-15578 of 2018 Through this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to petitioner - Sunil Singh alias Sheelu in a case arising from FIR No.119 dated 22.11.2017 registered under Section 379-B and 34 IPC at Police Station Maqboolpura, District Amritsar City.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that compromise has taken place in between the petitioner and the complainant vide compromise deed dated 24.07.2018 (Annexure P-3). Consequently, RAVINDER SINGH 2018.08.09 18:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document co-accused of the petitioner, namely, Ranjit Singh @ Shera has been enlarged on bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar vide order

Considering compromise between the parties and bailing out of co-accused of the petitioner by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, but without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, petition is allowed. Petitioner is also ordered to be released on bail on furnishing his bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
