ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) Plaintiffs are in second appeal against the judgment and decree dated 24.07.1992 passed by learned Additional District Judge, Sonepat whereby appeal filed by defendant-Committee against the judgment and decree dated 11.08.1990 by learned Sub Judge Ist Class, Sonepat, was partly allowed and decree passed by learned trial Court was modified. Appeal was admitted on 17.02.1993.

Matter was taken up for hearing on 11.01.2023, when Registry was asked to issue notice to learned counsels for parties. Office report reveals that both learned counsels were informed through e-mail. However, no one has put in appearance today, despite service. 3.
