"#  $ Complainant Akanksha Sidhu as well as petitioner Kulbir Singh Bhangu have both come present and have made statement that on the efforts of everyone including the Court, they have arrived at a compromise and have started living together and that all terms and conditions have been settled mutually and voluntarily.

Complainant/respondent No.2 Akanksha Sidhu has further made statement that she has no objection if the petitioner is allowed anticipatory bail in the present case as they are likely to file quashment proceedings.

     In view thereof and the fact that being a pure matrimonial case, it is ordered that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). He shall continue to join investigation and shall furnish an undertaking that he shall abide by the conditions specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off in those terms.
