He was enlarged on bail. However, he jumped bail on 23.1.2013 and thereafter decalred a PO on 9.6.2014. Now petitioner has approached this Court for anticipatory bail to face trial.

After arguing for sometime learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
