Seeking restoration of his status in hereditary property, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 2.

A perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has arraigned almost every officer, he would have known apart from the individuals, in all there are 20 respondents out of which respondent No.1 is Developed Nations' Govt. through Dy. Secretary, Incharge, Govt. of India, Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances, 5th Floor, Sardar Patel Bhawan, Parliament Street, New Delhi-110001 on behalf of IAS & IPS in Haryana State.

I have heard petitioner, who is present in person for reasonable time to point out his case. Infact he is aggrieved by some family dispute with his co-sharers who all are related to him being from the same descendent. Instead of taking appropriate legal actions before Civil Court, the present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 4.

This Court while exercising inherent power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. cannot be substituted itself to the original trial Court. 5.

Needless to say that from the difficult reading of the present petition prima facie transpires that the matter is of civil in nature. 6.

Given above, the present petition is dismissed. All pending application(s), if any, stands closed.
