***** ARCHANA PURI, J At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners agrees to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents about the Waqf Tribunal to be functional at present. In the given circumstances, it is submitted that proceedings of the suit ought not to be conducted by Civil Court, as the same ought to be conducted before the Waqf Tribunal. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the stay was granted by the Civil Court to the extent of 88 Kanals, which was in his possession. Learned counsel further submits that he shall file an appropriate application before the Civil Court for return of the plaint and in the meanwhile, his interest may be safeguarded.

CR-1468-2020 (O&M) In the light of the submission, so made, learned counsel for the petitioner shall file an appropriate application before learned Civil Court for availing appropriate remedy vis-a-vis, the Tribunal being functional within a period of three weeks from today onwards.
In the meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain status quo qua possession, only for a period of three weeks from today onwards. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.
Ordered accordingly.
