(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents to ensure the liberty and security of the petitioner who is a complainant in FIR No. 57 dated 18.05.2012 for offences under Sections 440, 465 and 467 IPC, Police Station City, Hoshiarpur. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per reply filed by official respondents the challan has already been presented and the instant petition may be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.
