The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking directions to the respondents to pay their salary as they are working with respondent-FCI since March' 1993. 2.

Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate for respondent-FCI states that petitioners have been regularized and they are working with respondent as regular employees since 1995. They are regularly paid their salary. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners expressed his inability to controvert the aforesaid statement.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the respondent-FCI, the present petition stands disposed of.
