Mr. Avtar Singh Khinda, Advocate for the complainant. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0019 dated 02.02.2021 under Sections 420,120-B IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional (Regulations) Act, 2014 and Section 24 of Immigration Act, 1983 registered at P.S Sadar Kapurthala, District Kapurthala. Vide order dated 23.03.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 23.03.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
