Present civil revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 05.03.2021 (P-3) passed by learned Rent Controller, whereby the case has been adjourned to 15.04.2021 pressing the respondent-tenant for payment of provisional rent assessed in terms of order dated 07.02.2020.

Although this Court is not inclined to issue any mandate, but will request learned Rent Controller to ask the respondent-tenant for deposit of provisional rent assessed vide order dated 07.02.2020 on the date of hearing, if there is no legal impediment.

Disposed off accordingly.
