Present Regular Second Appeal (RSA) has been filed by defendant - Hans Dass, against the judgment of reversal. 2.

After filing of present appeal, notice of motion was issued on 29.01.1993, for 24.03.1993. After effecting of service of notice upon the sole respondent, none appeared on behalf of the respondent on 07.05.1993. Thereafter, after a long period, on 03.03.2023, when appeal was listed before the Coordinate Bench of this Court, none appeared on behalf of the appellant, however, direction was issued to inform the counsel for the appellant.

As per office note dated 14.03.2023, counsel for the appellant was informed through email on 14.03.2023, but none appeared. Today also, there is no representation, when the appeal is called for its hearing. 4.

Besides above, as per office report dated 26.08.2023, again counsel for the appellant has been informed through email dated 11.08.2023, and AD notice issued to sole respondent received with report 'Died'. Thus, appellant would be required to move an appropriate application to JAWALA RAM 2023.09.01 18:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Since, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, despite the information sent by the Registry, proceedings in the present appeal cannot take place.
