The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.127 dated 24.11.2015 registered for the offences under Sections 489-A, 489-B, 489-C and 489-D IPC at Police Station Panjokhera, District Ambala.

Notice of motion has been issued in this case. Mr. Vikramjit Singh, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State and contested this petition. Police record is also available. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana appearing for the respondent-State and have gone through the record.

Cr. Misc. No.M-15678 of 2016 [2] As per the prosecution version, more than `14 Lacs fake currency notes have been recovered from the present petitioner. I have also seen the Police file. As per the memo, about `14,60,000/- have been recovered from the petitioner along with his father, who were apprehended by the Police.

Keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offences and in view of heavy recovery of fake currency notes from the present petitioner, I do not find it a fit case where he is entitled to the benefit of regular bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.

However, the Investigating Officer of this case is directed to produce the witnesses in the trial Court at the earliest by making extra efforts.
