**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 18.12.2013 passed by Additional Civil Judge (Sr. Division)/Chief Judicial Magistrate whereby petitioner was directed to pay interim maintenance to respondents No. 2 and 3.

Counsel for the respondents states that the case is at the final stages and is fixed for arguments for 11.8.2016. Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the issues before the Court below.
