**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made seeking quashing of Fir No. 208 dated 01.06.2021 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 479 IPC at P.S. Sadar Jhajjar, District Jhajjar.

Having argued for some time, learned counsel for petitioner once confronted with the fact that the petition involves disputed question of fact about the authenticity of certificates which cannot be gone into while exercising powers under Section 482 CrPC, wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all his pleas during trial.
