(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for setting aside order dated dated 01.11.2016 (Annexure P-3) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Sangrur, whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender in complaint case No.16 dated 09.06.2012 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC. Since, aforesaid complaint has been quashed by this Court vide order dated 10.01.2019 passed in CRM-M-32375 of 2016, therefore, impugned order dated 01.11.2016 (Annexure P-3) along with all consequential proceedings arising from complaint No.16 dated 09.06.2012 is also quashed.

Disposed of.
