Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 48 dated 28.3.2017, registered under Section(s) 306 IPC at Police Station Morinda, District Rupnagar. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and she is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, she be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent-State affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
