Learned counsel submits that the retiral benefits have, during the pendency of the present case, been released, however no interest has been paid thereon, regarding which he would file a representation to the respondents, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection. 2.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents that in case a representation is filed within 4 weeks, the same be decided in 4 months in accordance with law, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
