This is third petition for grant of regular bail pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 12, dated 20.02.2019, registered under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1985 Act") and Section 186, 149, 224, 332, 353 & 511 IPC, at Police Station Balianwali, Bhatinda, District Bhatinda. As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner was allegedly apprehended with 20 grams of heroin. Later, on his disclosure statement, 980 tablets of Tramadol were recorded.

Criminal Misc. No. M- 9043 of 2020 Keeping in view the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of regular bail to him. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
