This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 31 dated 27.03.2015 under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, district Rupnagar.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from H.C. Mohan Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated May 15, 2015, petitioner no. 1 has joined the investigation and petitioner no. 2 has surrendered. In view of the above, order dated May 15, 2015 is made absolute qua petitioner no. 1 subject to conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
