**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel submits that petitioner No.1 has made a complaint (Annexure P-1) by giving the details of the incident dated 19.11.2016 in which her son has suffered grievous injuries and thereafter he was taken to Choudhary Bansi Lal Hospital, Bhiwani from where he referred to PGI, Rohtak and was admitted there. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date the police has not taken any action against the accused persons.

In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Superintendent of Police, Bhiwani (respondent No.2), to look into a complaint (Annexure P-1), in accordance with law.
