The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Vide order dated 29.02.2024, petitioner was directed to join investigation and granted interim bail and the said order is continuing till date. Thereafter on 04.04.2024, matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. Report dated 18.07.2024 has been received from the Mediator, as per which, parties have amicably settled the matter.

Counsel for the State has not disputed the above said statements. 4.
