Mr. K. S. Brar, Advocate for the complainant. This is second petition filed by the petitioner seeking regular bail in case FIR No.35 dated 29.04.2014 registered under Sections 376 and 1202B IPC and Section 5 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Bajakhana, District Faridkot. It is stated that the first petition was withdrawn. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the prosecutrix is over 17 years of age and her statement has been recorded and the petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2014 and the trial is taking time as application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. has been filed.

State counsel does not dispute that the petitioner was arrested in May, 2014. It is stated that the charge was framed in August 2014.
The statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded. The trial is taking time, the petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on execution of adequate personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial Court.
