PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) Instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for a direction to respondent No.4 for investigating the FIR No.48 dated 25.08.2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Kathgarh, District SBS Nagar.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the paper-book, however, without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nager, to look into the grievance of the petitioner in accordance with law and supervise the investigation.
